Terms of Sale

[IMPORTANT]: Any purchase implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms of Sale. KALYO disclaims all liability for results obtained through use of the software.
1. Contracting Parties
These Terms of Sale govern the contractual relationship between KALYO ("the Seller") and any individual or legal entity purchasing a license to access the KALYO software ("the Buyer").
2. Products and Services
KALYO sells access licenses to its automation software under the following plans:
LITE_ACCESS
Standard access to core modules
€25 / month
OPERATOR_PRO
Full access — complete library + priority support
€45 / month
+ €85 initial fee
3. Order and Contract Formation
The order is confirmed upon receipt of full payment. The sales contract is formed at that date. KALYO reserves the right to refuse any order without having to justify its reasons.
4. Pricing and Payment
Prices are displayed in euros (€) inclusive of all applicable taxes. Full payment is due at the time of order. KALYO reserves the right to modify its pricing at any time; the prices in effect at the time of order apply.
5. Refund Policy
[NO_REFUND_POLICY]: Due to the digital nature of the Software and the immediate provision of access, no refund will be granted after license activation, regardless of the reason. The Buyer expressly waives any right of withdrawal upon validation of the order and receipt of access credentials.
6. Delivery
Access to the Software is delivered electronically within 24 to 72 business hours following payment confirmation. KALYO is not responsible for delays caused by third-party malfunctions (payment platforms, messaging operators).
7. Disclaimer of Warranty and Liability
[LEGAL_NOTICE — NON_RESPONSIBILITY]: KALYO does not guarantee specific results from use of the Software. Performance depends on external factors beyond KALYO's control (changes to third-party platforms, network environment, etc.). KALYO and its team disclaim all liability for financial losses, account suspensions, or any other damage suffered by the Buyer or third parties in connection with use of the Software. The Buyer uses the Software at their own risk and under their sole responsibility.
8. Termination and Suspension
KALYO reserves the right to suspend or terminate a user's access in the event of a violation of the TOS or these Terms of Sale, without refund or compensation of any kind.
9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms of Sale are governed by the applicable law in KALYO's jurisdiction. In the event of a dispute, the parties will endeavor to find an amicable solution. Failing that, the dispute shall be brought before the competent courts.
